Upcoming Event: Self-Care for Parents of Neurodivergent Children

Cogleap Foundation

As parents, nurturing our well-being is essential before we can fully care for our children. This is especially important for parents of neurodivergent children, including those on the autism spectrum.

Join us for a 90-minute group session. You will connect with other parents who share similar experiences, reflect on your challenges, and explore new perspectives on self-care. You will also gain practical self-care tools to support yourself and your family.

Facilitator:

Maggie Tsai, a mental health counselor at Cogleap and a Hope Focus System (HFS) program trainer. With individual, couples, family, and group therapy expertise, Maggie has helped clients aged 5 to 90. She holds a Master’s degree in Counseling from Palo Alto University and is pursuing a PhD in Counseling Education and Supervision.

Event Details:

Date: October 12 (Saturday) Time: 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM Child Care Available: We will arrange trainers for child care during the event and may provide some HFS training along with a baseline assessment to understand your child's skill abilities. Please note that space for child care is limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

We invite you to take this opportunity to prioritize your well-being while connecting with others in the community.
