As parents, nurturing our well-being is essential before we can fully care for our children. This is especially important for parents of neurodivergent children, including those on the autism spectrum.
Join us for a 90-minute group session. You will connect with other parents who share similar experiences, reflect on your challenges, and explore new perspectives on self-care. You will also gain practical self-care tools to support yourself and your family.
Facilitator:
Maggie Tsai, a mental health counselor at Cogleap and a Hope Focus System (HFS) program trainer. With individual, couples, family, and group therapy expertise, Maggie has helped clients aged 5 to 90. She holds a Master’s degree in Counseling from Palo Alto University and is pursuing a PhD in Counseling Education and Supervision.
